Return & Exchange Policy

1. Check Your Order Upon Delivery

You are welcome to open and inspect your package while the courier is still at your door. Please make sure the product is correct and in good condition before accepting your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a problem with the product, such as a defect or receiving the wrong item.

3. No Change-of-Mind Returns

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind, choosing a different color or model, or simply no longer wanting the product.

4. Inspect Before Accepting

If you notice any damage, defect, wrong item, or other issue while checking the package with the courier, please inform us immediately. This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Product Condition

Any approved return or exchange must be for the product in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Important

Once the package has been accepted and the courier has left, the order will generally not be eligible for a return or exchange unless the issue was not reasonably detectable during delivery inspection.
